Futsal Mad Max is from Valkeakoski, which is a small town in Finland, near Tampere. Futsal Mad Max was founded in 2001 and the team won promotion to the premiership in 2003. In 2006 Mad Max won their first championship and the qualyfying place to the 6th Futsal Uefa Cup. In 2008 Futsal Mad Max won Finnish Futsal Cup. Nowadays Futsal Mad Max have a second team in finnish 3rd division and own junior teams also, which will be responsible for futsal future in Mad Max and Valkeakoski.

In the season 2009-2010 Finnish national team coaches, Jouni Pihlaja and Pasi Alatörmä is taking care of training responsibility.
